Lockwood V10.0 available in June 2010. This latest release provides three major new features; interactive data exchange with mobile devices, Help Desk functionality and an on-screen Event Viewer. The Help Desk includes the ability to set preventative maintenance schedules and log requests for assistance. Remote personnel can submit requests and check on the status of a request via a web portal or mobile phone. The Event Viewer provides notifications to a captive region within the Asset Tracker transaction screens communicating incidents such as unauthorized movement to the user without interrupting transaction processing or causing the user to pause their current activity.
